The journey began in 1982 in Saudi Arabia, where God anointed Emil Ualat for a special mission in Christ's vineyard. This divine calling was confirmed in 1983, setting in motion a remarkable journey of faith and service. Returning to the Philippines in January 1984 with his wife, sister Erlinda Ualat, and their daughters Jacqueline Ualat Lanon and Emmelyn Ualat Aguirre, they surrendered their personal ambitions to pursue God's purpose wholeheartedly.

By God's grace and divine will, the Redemption Blood of Jesus Christ's World Outreach Ministries and Christ New Creation Fellowship (RBJCWOM-CNCF) was officially established in March 1984 in Binalonan, Pangasinan. This momentous event coincided with Evangelist Emil's eldest daughter, Pastor Jacqueline Ualat Lanon's, 9th birthday.

Before the end of 1986, Evangelist Emil Ualat heeded God's calling once more. He went to his birthplace in Santiago City, Isabela, to continue spreading the Gospel and expanding the reach of God's message. His journey is a powerful testimony of faith, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication to God's work.

Because of the God-given passion and compassion for lost souls, Evangelist Emil Ualat and his family conducted healing crusades and evangelistic missions wherever they went, fulfilling the great commission in Mark 16:15: "Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel to all creation." Through their ministry, many people experienced revival, healing, deliverance from sins, and transformative encounters with the Gospel of Jesus. Countless lives were changed, as many individuals gave their lives to follow Jesus and became His disciples.

Today, the ministry stands strong, having spread throughout the Philippines and abroad, inspiring hope and demonstrating God's ongoing faithfulness in transforming lives.

Many people have courageously given their lives to follow Jesus and become His disciples. Fueled by this devotion, the ministry has flourished, spreading throughout the Philippines and even reaching abroad. By the grace of God, RBJCWOM-CNCF successfully established the Christian Leaders Bible Institute (CLBI), a Bible school with campuses located in Ramon, Isabela, and Balungao, Pangasinan. Alongside CLBI, the ministry established several trainings, just like the School of EFFECTIVE EVANGELISM AND DISCIPLESHIP (S.E.E.D.), and offers Online Bible Study for the Ministers and Pastors to enhance evangelism and discipleship efforts.

The beloved founder, Evangelist Emil Ualat, went home to be with the Creator in 2016. Before he died, he entrusted leadership to his eldest daughter, Pastor Jacqueline Ualat-Lanon, whose steady guidance and faith-filled vision continue to inspire confidence in the ministry’s future.

This enduring growth affirms the faithfulness of the Lord as promised in Philippians 1:6:

"And I am convinced and sure of this very thing, that He Who began a good work in you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ [right up to the time of His return], developing that good work and perfecting and bringing it to full completion in you."

Glory to God forever!
